"Just not worth it"
Honestly... not worth it. I wanted to like it, I really did. Tried it out, gave it a fair chance, but it just didn’t live up to what I expected. Felt like I spent money and kept waiting for the part where it would be better. Never really happened

I ordered from privatelabelnyc after I paid I got that little moment of doubt like, “Did I just make a mistake?” because online clothing sizing can be so hit or miss. I usually wear a medium, but sometimes it shows up fitting totally different than expected. This one actually fit just right though, which was a nice surprise. No exchange needed and I feel way more confident ordering from them again

"Good Quality, Just Give It Extra Time"
I ordered from Private Label NYC and it was, you know, mostly fine. The quality was actually good and pretty much matched what I was expecting, so no complaints there. Shipping took a bit longer than I wanted, but I’m staying calm about it because they did reply to my email and kept me from fully spiraling. I’d probably order again, I’d just make sure to plan way ahead next time

"The colors turned out really close to..."
The colors turned out really close to what I had in my file. I was a little nervous since blues dont always print right, but it actually matched better than I expected. The whole process was easy enough and there werent any surprises when it showed up.

"Decent, but I was a little unsure"
For the price, the quality was okay, but I was expecting it to be a bit better. I’m always a little worried about getting fooled by nice photos or descriptions online, so I was paying close attention when it arrived. Some parts felt solid, but others were just average. It’s not bad overall, just didn’t really wow me. I might order again, but I’d go in with lower expectations next time.

"Fabric Wasn’t What I Expected"
I ordered from privatelabelnyc thinking the fabric would feel a lot nicer, but it was kind of disappointing. It felt thin and a little rough, not really like what the photos made me expect. After just one wash, it already looked a bit worn, which was really annoying. The fit was fine, but the fabric quality just didn’t feel “worth it” to me

"Fair Prices, But That’s Bare Minimum"
The prices were fair for what I got, so I can’t accuse them of overcharging me. They weren’t the cheapest, but at least nothing felt shady or like they were trying to sneak extra costs in. Still, it’s frustrating that this is the kind of thing customers even have to watch out for these days.

"Annoyed at first, but they came through"
At first I was irritated because they took way too long to reply. I was ready to be done with it. But then they actually fixed the issue, and suddenly I was like, okay, fair enough. Not perfect, but they handled it in the end.

I don’t know if I just got unlucky, but my box showed up crushed and messy. I’ve seen other people get theirs looking totally fine, so this was a bit disappointing.

"Came out almost exactly like my design"
I ordered from privatelabelnyc.com and wasn’t totally sure what to expect quality-wise, since I’ve had designs come back looking a little off from other places. But these came out really close to my original file. The colors, spacing, and small details all looked right, which was a relief. The process was simple too. I’d probably order from them again.

"I liked all the choices they had for…"
I liked all the choices they had for the labels, like the sizes, colors, and finishes. It took me a little while to decide what looked best, but everything was easy enough to understand. The preview tool could be a bit smoother, which is why I’d give it 4 stars. Overall though, my order turned out close to what I wanted.

"Sizing Roulette, Apparently"
Some of the shirts fit really well, which was great. Others, in the exact same size, felt a little off because apparently consistency is too much to ask. Not a disaster or anything, but I do wish the sizing was more reliable.

The order came out fine and everything was okay once I got it, but it took way too long. I kept waiting and waiting, and the wait kind of ruined it for me. Nothing was really wrong with the order itself, it just took too long to come out.

They had a really nice range of materials to choose from, which definitely made the whole process easier. I do kind of regret not asking more questions, though, because some of the options weren’t explained as clearly as I would’ve liked. Still, overall I was happy with the selection...

It was okay overall. Nothing really stood out as terrible, but it also didn’t impress me the way I’d hoped. I have a solid standard for what I expect, and this landed somewhere in the middle for me.

Most of my orders turned out fine, but a couple had small differences here and there. It wasn’t anything too bad, just something about it felt a bit inconsistent. I’d be happier if the production was a little more reliable each time.

The revisions took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating at first. But in the end, everything was fixed properly and I appreciated that they followed through. I felt relieved once it was all sorted out

Overall, the work was okay and they got the job done. I do think it’s only fair to mention that it took a bit longer than expected, which can be frustrating when people are depending on timelines. Nothing terrible, just could’ve been quicker.
